Automation of vertical technological PCB plating lines

The process is a technological line where PCB material is processed according to the vertical plating technology. The technological line includes a set of modules filled with chemicals, inner module equipment that allows to create optimum operating conditions (heaters, coolers, level and temperature sensors, liquid mixing devices, devices for automated regulation of chemicals concentration, etc.) Furthermore, the line includes algorithm-based devices for PCB material transportation that calculate the schedule of transportation dynamically.
